Delivery

We offer following delivery options (Select at the checkout)

 

UK Post Options

​

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 Days - Free Within UK.

  • 1st Class Delivery: 1-3 Days (*additional cost).

  • Special Delivery: 1 Day (*additional cost) (Monday to Friday only excluding weekends or bank holidays).

 

*Please Note: Next day orders placed after 10 am will be despatched the following business day. Next Working Day orders are delivered (Mon - Fri). If you place your order before 10 am on the Friday, they will be delivered on the following Monday, any orders placed after 10 am on the Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Bank Holidays are NOT treated as a working day​

International Post: 5-21 Days

  • We Post items world Wide. Delivery times depend on your country’s customs clearance.

  • International Customers - Please Note:-Destinations located outside the EU may be subject to customs or import tax charges. Jade Lion are not liable to pay these charges, it is the customer’s responsibility to research and pay any customs or importation fees. These fees vary from country to country, any fees applied will normally be based on the total order value which is a legal requirement and is declared on every parcel.

  • We use Royal Mail for international deliveries.

  • This is a tracked and signed for service. All carriers do allow up to 28 working days to deliver internationally but this is only to cover such things as extreme weather/strikes etc. and in 99.9% of the cases the items are delivered in the above timescales.

 

We regret that we are unable to ship any orders to BFPO, PO BOX or APO addresses.
